I used to come here regularly and considered it one of the best nail salons in the area, but unfortunately, since the change in ownership, the quality and attention to detail just haven’t been the same. Today I paid extra for a paraffin pedicure specifically because my heels were a little rough and I wanted the additional treatment. Very little was actually done to address them. When I asked if he could work on my heels a little more, I was told he would do it after the paraffin dip—which didn’t make much sense to me, since that would essentially mean scrubbing away the treatment I would have paid extra for. This is now the second time I’ve left disappointed. The services feel rushed, and it seems like much less care is being taken with the details than there used to be. I personally wouldn’t spend the extra money on one of the upgraded pedicures here if you’re expecting additional nail or foot care. In my experience, the upgrades have mostly amounted to a longer massage. I’ve tried both the hot stone option and the paraffin add-on, and neither felt worth the additional cost. It’s disappointing because this genuinely used to be my go-to nail salon. Now, unfortunately, the experience feels like something I could get just about anywhere.
